Outside of coaching, I love exercising, spending time with family, nature walks, cooking simple healthy meals, reading, and listening to gospel music These are the little things that keep me grounded, and they remind me how important balance is - not just for my clients, but for me too.
I bring this same balance, understanding, and practicality into every coaching session. My goal is to make your journey towards health and wellbeing enjoyable, achievable, and deeply personal.
